Fuck /g/ , I've been searching on Google forever but I can't

I diagnosed my 3.5 HD with seatools and got errors. My game kept freezing too and I noticed even when I wasn't playing my computer would freeze for a moment then resume normal. I tested my other HD no errors, the freezing stopped.

Any time you have to swap, you get shitty lag like you describe.

Sorry dude I can't help you but I have the exact problem!
Every time I shootsome the blood splatter effect seems to stutter my frames for half a second.
Throw a nade flash whater same thing,hell even reloading causes a slight tick.
I tried everything but with no luck.it makes comp unbearable don't know why the fuck it is.
