i have chronic fatigue syndrome which is caused by b12 deficiency. however, supplementing b12 alone doesnt do shit but with added folate and few other vitamins and minerals it's working very well

Fish oil and vitamin D. Nothing else.
make sure your fish oil doesn't have soy. the jews add that to a lot of supplements
