Over the summer I lost 50lbs and my strength and glycogen went to complete shit. I am 18 years old 5'10.
>Benching 225 to 135
>Squat dropped from 275 to 185.
I came to school the next year and people were asking me if I was sick, never got mired anymore. My mind gave up on the fucking stupid cut and I decided to eat normally again.
>Glycogen went up, test increased.
>Next 2 months went from left pic to right pic and also got a bit leaner while doing so.
>Became stronger than I was before I even started cutting, squatting 315 from 185 in just a couple months.
>Getting mired all the time at school now even tho I am still fat.
>Getting accused of taking steroids because of my rapid size gain.
But the problem is that I am still fat and want to get to 10 percent bodyfat, but I don't wanna go through that shit again. Is it possible to continue to get leaner just eating at maintenance?

I know, but I don't want to go through the hell of cutting and looking like a mistreated skelly again. Is there a way to get leaner on maintenance calories without juice?
