Plant protein just doesn't build muscle like animal protein does. Maybe the mix of amino acids is off or maybe it's mixed in with other stuff so it doesn't digest as well, whatever. It just doesn't work. You can get to a certain extent with it but unless you are incredibly genetically gifted (you aren't) you'll never get past the stage where people can look at you with your clothes on and think you lift.

I'm taking a nutrition course right now and the textbook and instructor have nothing but good things to say about veganism. So idk. If no one has any evidence against what I've learned from people with knowledge in the field then I don't feel super compelled to believe them.
