Keep your head close to the body and tucked so your neck isn't available. In this one he manages to trap the arm on the way up and keeps his head behind his shoulder. He also knows how to clear the arm so it can't reach back and grab for him during the slam.

You should look up some technique on youtube also if you want to see slam techniques or take downs. Plenty of more qualified people showing proper form.
