Just increase your squat, it's not like a new routine magically will make legs bigger, accessories have their place though. Studies show more growth with squats + accessories than just squats (no shit I guess)

Both.
Growth increases when volume increases, there are no exceptions
Volume = reps x sets x weight
Increasing reps/sets = more volume
Icreasing weight = more volume
As long as volume increases over time gains will happen. I thought progressive overload was the golden rule everyone knew about?
