I believe, that i posted here last month? I don't know if any of u remember, but i had lost 14 kilos by then and had been diagnosed with diabetes.
Ultimately, i didn't end up following any advice, but just live my life the way i wanted, i had already made big changes in my diet back then, and this month i've just had next to no appetite, so i've barely eaten anything, but it hasn't endangered me in any way.
This month i've lost 7kg as of last week, making good progress my guys, i'm now 122 kg (268 pounds) from an initial 142(?) (330?)
If anyone else is on here is a fat fuck like me and is also trying to lose weight, then i'd just like to say that my method mainly is that, i cut off next to all sugar, swap out sugary drink with sugar free drinks, although they're riddled with sweeteners, but hey it works i guess?
and for sugary treats, i usually keep some butterscotch handy so when the urge arises i have something that isn't too sugary and is long lasting.
I considered starting on sugar free gum again, but that would leave me hungry, although i don't really care whether or not i'm eating or not, i'd rather not be hungry outside with no money for a proper meal, and only money for some junk food.
Oh yeah, i can also fit my old jeans now, although i still don't need a belt for them, i'm making good progress!
