Not sure what you could expect, but I can tell you that I know plenty of guys who look like absolute shit despite taking steroids AND actually lifting.
Yeah, you can tell they have some muscle on them, but proper training and especially diet matters if you ever hope to look good.

You won't really make any gains, I believe the one study that people use to claim you will (or that naturally high test people put on more muscle without working out than low test people who do) is insanely misinterpreted and didn't really talk about actual muscle. Might be wrong, but I remember reading someone dissecting it and explaining that the conclusions people drew from it weren't supported.

Roiding without working out is just putting your endocrine system under a lot of stress for no reason.
