if I get coffee with a girl one day is it okay to hang out the next day at night?
Also I took a break off and lost a lot of strength and I find it hard to break strength plateaus that I used to hit, is this normal? how do I quickly regain strength?

Theres this girl that seems really interested me, I think I'm just as interested, however, there is a boyfriend. He's been out of the country since August and wont be back until November. The girl says she really doesn't know if they're together anymore.
