You should get your blood checked every year or so but high cholesterol is usually determined by genetics. Eating 8 to 12 whole eggs a day along with a balanced diet of clean cooked foods is much healthier than eating processed food all day like most people do.

Unless you are over the age of 40 you shouldn't even worry about cholesterol levels. It doesn't matter at all when you're young.
