I had a friend who's mom died from cancer caused primarily from being physically massive to the point where it wasn't really that surprising when she went.
He starting lifting like a maniac after she died to the point where I was kinda concerned about his wellbeing.
He pretty much turned into a different person over the course of a few years physically and mentally. A lot fucking stronger.
I think that's a pretty good reason to subject your body to the destruction of lifting.

My job is stressful at times, but I like it's so it's a permanent fixture in life. I could be that guy who is a dick after work when I get home everyday, or I could go throw around some weights to relax, and then be a decent father and husband.

because I live alone and working out helps me not kill myself.
I also just want to go back to a time when I was younger and with the only girl that actually loved me, but I can't and the more tired I become from working out the less I cry at night for having to live 30 more years in solitude surrounded by people who hate me.
If I could just find a girl to come home to and sit down after a long day and just talk and laugh I would not be on 4chan in the first place.
I am a hopeless romantic who wishes to die because my future involves no one but myself.
