Simple enough, what are the 10 essential stretches everyone needs to know, to combat posture problems, and get better ROM

inb4 anus stretch, that is already counted for.

My personal favorites,
1) Lying Chest Opener
2) Hip Flexor Lunge
3) Standing Bent Knee Hamstring Stretch

>every day
>start start with my hands on my knees and move closer to my ankles every 10 seconds
>once at ankles, move into child's pose, hold 10 seconds, transition into cobra
