For the nuckols program search up 28freeprograms. On nuckols 3x int med bench he only says to do curls for accessories but that's just for elbow health. Just do the candito upper accessories. Take the second bench day light with accessories like only do face pulls or whatever, dont strain yourself.
C6w is on canditos website under his intermediate programs. He gives you recommend days on the excel file but you can go when ever you are comfortable.

F is c6w lower day 1 (the heavier one usually) with nuckols day 2 bench (light) between squats and deadlifts, to catch a break
L is c6w lower day 2
Don't neglect to do rows, ohp and pullups for healthy shoulders and aesthetice on the 2 U days after bench
