Anyone know of good push up progression programs?
I can do 40 and I need to do 75 by Spring next year
the hardest part is getting to 20, past that to 100 is just a matter of doing multiple 80% effort sets throughout the day

So in my case start with 25-30 pushups 3-5 sets everyday?

Start bodybuilding instead of practicing push-ups. After finishing a push day try to max your push-ups.

You're close. Military university in my country wants 75 pushups in 1 minute for max points.
