Trying fullbody lifting 5 days a week for funsies.
Can eat a ridiculous amount of protein via free food from work and am keeping sure my form is flawless.

Numbers are going up, not noticing any strength loss or pain besides more frequent slight doms.
Is there anything I should keep in mind to not fug my body over?
Have any of you tried this? If so, how did it go?
