Hey /fit/ I need some help. I want to build a lot more muscle on my upper body. I need strength causs im a running back for my highschool. Im one of the 3 juniors on that wasn't a pussy and joined the senior team. What do i need to do/ eat to build muscle in my upper body? Mostly arms, chest and core. As in terms of "specs" im 16 weighing 160 lbs and i sit at about 5'8 in height. I have a decent amount of fat on my that i'd like to turn into muscle.

Look up Starting Strength and do that. Really built a solid foundation for my upper body.
