Met a really cool girl, asked her if she wanted to get lunch, and she said Noodles and Company. I'm excited to be going out with her, obviously, but I never seem to be able to eat out and not fuck up my diet. How do you handle restaurants that aren't chains like Noodles and don't have nutrition info? Does the second I develop a social life translate to becoming a fatass?
order what you want and eat the fucking meal, anon
at least TRY to not sperg out this once
Go online. And they usually have that info in the restaurant if you ask for it.
Get the pan noodles with chicken for lowest calories.

Socially I can handle myself, it's my nutrition that gets messed up. Just ordering what I wanted was what made me a skinnyfat mess back in the day.

Well, I would suggest just not eating, but that might weird her out. So just eat the most reasonable choice or smallest portion. One small meal won't ruin you.

One meal isn't going to kill you, the last thing you want to do on a date is check the nutrition facts & be worried about macros in front or a normie. Unless it's fucking Mcdonald's or something you're fine OP.

Just eat fat and protein, no soda... you flex your macro amounts but don't get stupid. You're talking about one-off instances... not a trend of shitty eating. Continue lifting
