Body recomposition doesn't work, I've seen the math and it takes WAY longer than bulking + cutting in separate phases. Don't do it if you like gains.

Of course if you're an experienced lifter with more than 2 years in the gym it's not gonna work. It's only meant for out of shape beginners with a low FFMI
