Body recomposition doesn't work, I've seen the math and it takes WAY longer than bulking + cutting in separate phases. Don't do it if you like gains.
What about eating some days at surplus and some at deficit? Like at the training day I'd eat only one big meal 3-4 hours before training to have energy and more on the rest days.
