How to lower my bf% even more? I've been eating really healthy for three years and while I got more slim I'm still not in that 10-12% range where muscles really pop out and are completely visible no matter the lightning of the room.

Try more reps. Eating less won't really keep your bf% down unless you completely eliminate fats from your diet, which is unhealthy. More reps will use the fat you do ingest and will keep you healthier over starving yourself.

The amount of reps I do are strictly linked to what type of muscle fibres I'm trying to get, so I wouldn't change that
Doing cardio would be good right? I didn't do any cardio so far because of some saying that it kills gains.
Larger muscles will also make you look better at the same bf%

It only kills gains because it is an energy dump. If you're trying to lose mass/fat, cardio is will make the process quicker. However, eating less will ALWAYS be the easiest method to go.

The thing is, my diet is disciplined af already, so I don't really feel like going further down and counting calories like one of "those people". I will just do some cardio. My overall endurance is shit anyway.
