Any good programs that don't put too much strain on your lower back? I don't care about legs.

Almost everyone who thinks they have a bad or painful lower back can correct that by lifting with correct form
Stiff leg deadlifts strengthen the lower back immensely

OP here, you're absolutely right, but the doctor said I should refrain from straining my lower back for at least two months, then slowly start working it again, so I need a program without any such strain.
Just do PPxPPx. I did that for a while and enjoyed it a lot.
