I don't think it's possible to escape it all, but you can escape at leat 75% of it. It might seem to a lot to learn at first, but eventually you will find it very easy. Just read the labels on what you buy.

Because the studies were done on rodents, which metabolise xenoestrogens different. Further studies are ongoing to check to what degree humans are affected. It would be wise to play it safe and steer clear of plastic bottles for the time being.
