None, but what i did is a lot of pull ups and pushups just to make the entire upper half bigger and wider and went on runs and a cut to lose fat around the love handles. I still have quite a higher body fat % too so once i really get cut in a month or 2 then there will be even less fat so will look even better.

focus on shoulder and upper back work, volume is key. as a natty you should really be hitting shoulders twice a week, same for back if not more. your hips won't shrink as they're bone, so you have to take attention away from them by changing your proportions.
row variations, weighted pullups/chins, facepulls, deadlifts (if you want to, despite what /shit/ says they are not necessary and you WILL regret doing low rep sets of heavy diddlys with crappy form in 30 years time) DB shoulder press and lots of lateral raises. don't neglect arms though, the bigger your shoulders and back get the smaller your arms look in comparison, this is actually why a lot of curlbros look like they have big arms - their arms are average but they just have no back or shoulders
