Do you guys do anything on Rest days or do you actually just rest? I usually do planks, some ab exercises, attempt handstands, and stretch

I usually go on hikes. I can't just do nothing. It's weird. I get really paranoid like I need to do something today to further myself (although resting is doing just that)

I don't think that's unusual. I think the same.
I like my rest days to be 'active rest' as opposed to not moving for a day. So I go swimming, walking, or just out to the city to see what's what or go to an interesting show or event that's on (love going to car meets, one in Manchester today).

I am dying inside. I consider to swim in rest day but I hate the idea I must increase calories by doing that. I am cutting right now.
Chop wood.
I lift Mon, Wed, Fri.
Climb Tues, Thurs and sometimes Sat
Hike Sunday.
If there surf is pumping then swap out any climbing/hiking sesh for that.
