Was reading something entirely unrelated on TNation but happened to see these at bottom of page and they peaked my interest. Not saying they prove anything, just want people's thoughts on them. Mostly on the first one.

i think i read something about how our bodies are attracted to colourful foods, usually means fruits/veggies, so it's probably a good thing to get a lot in
you got a FUCK ton of a micronutrients and fibre. feels good taking nice hefty shits. you easily get your daily potassium - most people are not getting nearly enough
i eat about 300-400 grams of lean meat. some servings of dairy. some beans and nuts too. along with brown rice pasta and oats
since i upped my veggies and fruits like i have more energy
i don't think it's a good idea being a vegan you're probably going to be deficient in B vitamins. also imagine not being able to go out to restaurants
imo best thing to do is having a balanced diet. cut out processed trash food.

I probably average 1-2 servings of fruit, usually a banana,apple, orange, or 2 of those, and probably about 3 servings of veggies, usually 1 of carrots and 2 of broccoli. Some on here say you need 8-10 servings and are strict on it yet first article says that much may be unnecessary if your only goal for eating veggies is health and not from actually enjoying it.

Were you substituting veggies for something else that was unhealthy or did you just add them to your regular diet? Maybe not eating the unhealthy crap is where your energy comes from or maybe it is the veggies and being healthy.
I guess next time I'll use more memes or pictures of thicc(fat) girls.
