Hey /fit/
Need advice on how to look my best for a pool party coming up a week from now
where there's going to be quite a few 7-8/10 single chicks.
Already planning to hit the gym and get a pump beforehand, drop my sodium intake,
lower carbs until day before/of.
Anything I'm missing? Only thing I won't do is dehydrate myself. Not gonna go
that far for the more cut appearance.

Just don't eat a ton the morning of, do some cardio. Maybe get a bit of a tan. Since you only have a week putting more effort into your hair, clothes, personality etc. will do more for you.
