Need some help on my routine and possibly diet.
With my current schedule I get about 45-60 minutes in the gym everyday but am not sure if my routine is effective.
I began working out between uni semesters when I visited my parents. I've stuck with the routine my dad liked to do (physical therapist so I trusted him). I currently don't have a gym partner/ spotter
What we do is a rotation of Arms, Chest + Back, and Shoulders. Everyday we mix in legs and abs.
The routine I do is 3 stations and 3 sets each and I usually do 4-6 of these depending on how much time/ how tired I am.
For example I will do barbell curls, tricep rope pull-downs, and a leg or ab workout. This is repeated 3 times. Then I mix up the stations and do 4-6 of these
I am also vegetarian based on doctors recommendation but I consume a lot of nuts, seeds, cheese, and 2 scoops of EAS and that is how I get my protein.
