Thought I was permo skelly. Ate 3200 cals. a day Went from 6' 1" 165 to 203 in three years. Wasn't easy, adn I feel like thats your main problem. Eating that many cals consistanty is pretty rough.

Substitute GOMAD with JOPBAD. Add it everywhere. Make pb, banana and full fat Greek yogurt smoothies. Sautee onions for every meal. It's easy to bulk if you don't do CRB.
