Hey guys, my friend needs advice from all of you. He is stuck at around 240-252 lbs for about 6-8 months and he keeps stalemating at the weight above. Long story short, we both have been routinely going to the gym four days a week for the past year. We both have been doing the same regiment as each other. However, he has lost significantly less than me (I've lost 100 lbs or so compared to his 40 lbs.) Whenever I question him on his diet he tells me that he is only eating around 1700-1800 calories, but the reason he isn't losing weight is because he works graveyard shifts and takes two four hour naps a day. Any tips or advice that I can give to him from you guys?
