Easy Banana Breakfast Porrige

1. Mash a banana in a medium sized bowl
2. Fill with rolled oats (roughly 2x the volume of the mashed banana)
3. add a pinch of salt and teaspoon of sirup or honey (you can skip this if you want)
4. Stir it around and then add milk until it precisely cover the mixture
5. Let it sit in the fridge overnight and then enjoy it in the morning, you shouldn't heat it but you might add some berries if you have them.
