Would a three year recomp serve me best or should I just stick to bulk/cut?
I have three years before I want to look good, but I don't wanna get fat (((again))) in the process.
I was thinking a recomp (or super slow bulk) would help maximize growth. How would I go about a recomp? Eating at maintainance?
