I am a thinning up fatty who started about a month ago, doing y routine 3 times a week. Still not at the average for an untrained man on anything, as far as I can tell.
Is there anything I could do to accelerate gains in strength? or o I just gotta work and wait and work and wait?

You need to be really fat to be strong.

Lift heavier and get more intense, might take some C4 preworkout to get the motivation

I am a poorfag in college in the middle of nowhere with no car.
I just want to get to above untrained average strength and look like I'm not completely butter.
My I am currently 197 lbs, 23% BF, 5'10.
