Little over 5 years lifting, pic related is current frequency.

I don't run any particular "routine" like a PPL or Upper/Lower or anything. I just hit the muscles with that frequency over the course of 6 lifting sessions a week.

I build up from Min-RV to Max-RV on only 1 muscle at a time, currently doing Min-RV on everything and working towards Max-RV on Triceps, will prob focus on Rear/Side deltoids next mesocycle

181+70x6+ weighted parallel pullups

I do a lot of variety with lifts, so these are just some that I picked, I sumo deadlift more, I back squat more, I pushpress more, etc

8-20 on everything besides deadlifts/strict ohp/weighted pullsups

4x a week for 14 sets per week max, only 1 of those exercises is hard, weighted dips, the other sets are easy skull-crushes/rope pushdowns etc
