Rack pulls and barbell shrugs are all I do. You could also do farmer's walks.

1st week = 12 sets over 4 sessions (3,3,3,3)
2nd week = 14 sets over 4 sessions (4,4,3,3)
3rd week =16 sets over 4 sessions (4,4,4,4,)
4th week = 18 sets over 4 sessions (5,5,4,4)
5th week = 20 sets over 4 sessions (5,5,5,5)
6th week = de-load 8 sets over 4 sessions (2,2,2,2)
