OP here
I am a skinny 18yo who is 6'1 and weigh 140 pounds. I have been lifting for quite a while and can't do proper reps because of joint problems.
My muscles and shit are perfectly fine, it's just that my elbows and shoulders e.g. start hurting really bad from weights and my joints give up before I can stress my body.
I have a professional who watches my form so I know that isn't the problem here.
Wat do?
