Guys I have been lifting for two months now. Very noticeable difference, the trouble is, I'm not losing any fat really. I went from 220lbs to 240lbs. I would say most of it's muscle but I'm still very skinny fat. I run a mile a day also.

Oh I forgot to ask my question. Can I go on a fast without losing muscle? Also what is the best way to curb my appetite.

read the fucking sticky. if you want to lower your weight, you eat less fucking food. if you're at a calorie deficit, you're not going to gain as much muscle as if you have a surplus, but you have noob gains on your side. you need to lose the weight anyway you dumbass fat fuck.

My arms went from flabby to rock solid, but I've been concentrating on them mostly. I have definitely put on a lot of muscle from when I started, I've been lifting everyday for about 2 hrs each day.
