Trying to get my mate into lifting, never lifted in his life, has no idea about anything even the very basics. Probably won't commit to a 3 times a week full body, so I was thinking something like this.

Day 1
Shoulder Press - 5x5
Deadlift - 5x5
Bench Press - 5x5
Squat - 5x5
Bent Over Row - 5x5

Day 2
Bench Press - 3x10
Bent Over Row - 3x10
DB Incline bench press - 3x10
Lat Pulldown - 3x12
Pec Flyes - 3x12
Seated Row - 3x12
Tricep Pushdown - 3x12

Day 3
Shoulder Press - 3x10
Leg Press - 3x10
Lateral Raises - 3x12
Seated Leg Curl - 3x12
Reverse Pec Dec - 3x12
Lying Leg Curl - 3x12
DB Curl - 3x12

Decent for a first timer or dogshit?
