hey /fit/
I have been working out for some time on and off and in all honesty i am a total DYEL skinny mofo
I haven't done whatever it takes but am planning to
Been taking Creatine for a month and it fucking works... i know i sound surprised since i was skeptic of supplements like that
Now I come to you with a struggle to understand some things about this supplements after watching youtube videos etc.
I just purchased 10 doses of this ( pic related )
and another 10 doses of the next post picture
In all honesty I just plan to take them before workout with no real understanding of how they work
But as you know it won't hurt to know what are all this things that are listed here important for?
If you care to share your few words on this stuff and help a DYEL understand some things please

1. you are retarded for buying stuff with no understanding of what they do
2. yes creatine works. it's been studied for a long time.
3. you are extra dumb for thinking "I'm just gonna take this stuff before workout without understanding it"
4. you bought BCAAs, or branch chain amino acids. there's some research on them that they have positive effects on counteracting muscle fatigue. I've never bothered to try them so I don't know, but I didn't need them as a DYEL beginner.
there's also Citrulline Malate, which has some positive evidence that it is useful for counteracting fatigue. however that is usually when it is dosed at 6,000mg+, which your product is not.
the second label also has Beta Alanine, which again has some evidence that it can be helpful against fatigue. this is again dependent on if it is efficaciously dosed, which 1,500mg is not - you want about 3-3.5g.
tl;dr you fell for the supplement jew
you are currently a bitchmade novice that needs to lift heavy frequently. toy supplements are not something that you should really be concerned about.
All the ls are basically bca which provide you with what you basically need to build muscle mass. The creatine also helps you build muscle mass by improving your ATP batteries in the muscles to help muscle restitution. The taurin is good for blood flow. And it will give you additionally energy the B vitamins will also increase your energy levels in addition to this you should also remember to eat at a calorie surplus elsewise you won't grow muscle mass but the supplements you bought will help you giving you are eating at a calorie surplus. You will feel Lees fatigfatigued. In addition to your already bought supplements you should consider eating vitamins and omega-3 fish oil don't get fish oil with Omega 6 and 9 s you already get those with a varied meal. By mixing omega-3 and creatine. You will face less injuries in your joints and thereby being able to increase your strength. I hope this clarifies your question in my honest opinion do not listen to the other comments
