looking for for your _personal_ experiecne of morning vs evening eating for IF. i've seen the studies and the blogs that cite them only cite the ones which support their particular opinion.

I used to eat from 3-9/10pm. Workout in the morning at 6am fasted. Only sip about 10g BCAA from 6am-3pm

ive been switching back and forth between like 9-5 and 12-8 over the past month and really cant tell a difference. Its personally a lot harder to resist eating at night though, so I think I'm sticking with 12-8 or 11-7
