Hello /fit/, I used to hangout here around 2010-2012. Someone once posted a video of an old man (think he was russian but not sure) doing a bunch of sick exercises with kettlebells, like overhead push ups and shit. The other thing with the video that really stood out was that he had recorded himself doing it for several years, probably even decades.

I've been trying to find that video for years but so far my google results have yielded jack shit.

Does anyone know what video I'm talking about or even where I might find it?

Yeah, true, true. Hope your depression is better anon. I have dealt with diagnosed anxiety disorder for much of my life. Don't be afraid to reach out and get help from professionals.

Thanks man. I luckily got help but dealing with mental health issues takes time. Hope you've gotten over that mountain.

I'll keep dreaming about my strong russian kettleman I guess.
