Please don't do anything stupid because of my stupid idea, which is: to mix a C4 serving & a sip.
Earlier this year, i used to take 2 sips, one before and another during the workout. i didn't sip in 3+ months. i take a single serving of C4 now before a workout, but i do not last as much as i did on dual sips.
did anybody try mixing both?
how much death can i expect if i ever do so?
