Anyone fuck with kettelbells? Want to add them to my home gym. Will they produce decent leg and glute gains? Yes I squat and deadlift.
Kettlebell swing tabatas are the best. Do these 2-3x times per week, 20s of as many (correct) reps as possible at a semi-challenging weight, 10s rest. Repeat 12-15x. You'll feel like vomiting afterwards. Best HIIT ever.
