ive been working out 7 days a (Avg 2 hours) week for 3 weeks. I think I got a hernia yesterday. Todays workout wasn't that great...going to take a couple days off now =/

5-6 days a week, rest days are usually the long shift at work.

1.5-2hrs because I like to take proper breaks so I don't drop rep consistency. Used to always do, 10, 10, 9, 7 reps because I pushed myself too hard. Also because of high volume.
