I have calcific tendonitis in my right Supraspinatus which makes pushups, pullups, benching and delt exercises very painful.
I used to work through it but now it's like one end of the straight bar has double the weight as the other
Any one have some good work around for getting /fit/ while having limited ROM in their shoulders?

Just, work through it lighter

Having the same issue, any help would be appreciated.
I think mine was caused by snatches, catching in an unstable shoulder position, and now I can't do anything. Even front rack position hurts.

Thanks
The problem is having to adjust to the lighter weights with the rest of my body
I've adjusted mainly by focusing more on boxing and cardio based exercises, but I don't compete so there's no reason for me to have that skinny boxer look.

Gonna bump for interest. I have a similar, but not exact same injury (missing the ligament that connects my scapula to my collarbone due to a tear when I was a teenager)

Face pulls apparently helps but that shit hasn't done anything for me
