Approximately how fucked am I? I got my blood work done for Testosterone and all kinds of shit. I am 23 years old, and have 14 nmol/L (which is 404 ng/dl I think). Should I just start taking roids? Or are these levels "acceptable"?

400 isn't that bad at 23.
Make sure you
>sleep 7-8 hours
>no booze
>10-17% bf
>zinc+vit d
>workout 3-5x a week

If you're defecient it will marginally. Nothing you'd probably notice, but vit d can increase mental health too if you're spooky white ghost and do get much sun.
