How the fuck do I fix this shit? Did anyone of you had it and we're you able to fix it? I am sick of this shit posture. I thought lifting would help but it fucking worsened it.
I show all symptoms of it {( sway back, pelvic tilt, knee bending or whatever you call it)
generally for LCS you do a lot of glute and core work. stretch hip flexors

Your image literally has the answer.
Stretch the lower back regularly.
Stretch the hip flexors regularly.
Strengthen core, planks is best for this. Weighted planks if you can.
Strengthen glutes and hams in isolation (leg press and leg curl).
Maybe try replacing some exercises in your routines with these.
IMO, I would avoid high % RM squats and deadlifts until you fix your lower cross syndrome. Do lighter work with low RPE instead.
Be sure to squeeze your glutes with any kind of overhead pressing too.
I suffered from this and I've managed to completely fix it. I have no trace of it now and I've had it for years.

barbell hip thrusts

Oh and for forward head posture, neck stretches worked for me. But it took a long time before results were shown. Mine wasn't severe but it's less noticeable now.

How much time did it take you to fix your posture?
Also did you have trouble doing barbell rows, my lower back seems to hurt when I do them
Also thanks for the advice
