Can you build a good physique without squats or deadlifs?
>>42857575
Sure. Look at pro bodybuilders.
>>42857583
Every pro bodybuildr is on HGH and a fuckton of various steroids. They could do push-ups and crunches and build good physiques.
Plus, most of them deadlift and squat anyway.

Lol. Nope.
>>42857575
You should definetly be squatting imo, but you dont have to deadlift, but do back extensions at least so you dont have a weak lower back.

I hate squatting.
I have shit mobility and bad knees and it's such a mental struggle to force myself to squat.
I still do it, but it's definitely the LEAST enjoyable lift.
>>42857650
so stretch and fix your form
>>42857575
How long would it take me to achieve that body natty?
>>42857575
B-but squats are fun...
>>42857650
Just do lunged, step ups, whatever, man. Or stay a virgin and squat.
>>42857575
yes

hgh and steroids don't change how mechanical tension is applied to the muscle so this is a stupid non-argument (maybe you could make a point about metabolite training being more effective for enhanced lifters, but you can load RDLs and leg presses heavy enough that this isn't a factor)
very few bbers actually deadlift outside of variations like RDL and SLDL, and while most squat very few do it with anything resembling good form

>squatting with bad knees
that's a really good idea keep it up, gotta earn the respect of a bunch of first year lifters on an anime imageboard even if it means destroying your knees

B9 thread

If you break these two lifts down by the muscle groups that it effectively works, your question becomes:
>Is it possible to build the quads, posterior chain and back without squats and deadlifts?
If you now cannot still answer the question yourself, consider suicide.

yes. source: me.
