Eat belvita bars, when you're hungry load up on blueberries, bananas, strawberries, pick a fruit you like and stick to it everyday, I would replace breakfast and lunch with a belvita bar, a granola bar, and fruit usually, always a banana, walk as much as you can, or keep up the jogging and the pounds will shed off, have dinner be your biggest meal and what you look forward to, meat, veggies, rice. Thx mate. Honestly took me too long to get my shit together. Wasted babby's first cycle because I didn't track what I ate and was doing some dumb powerbuilding bullshit for my workouts. Have since switched to straight hypertrophy routines (modified brosplit) and track all meals when on blast. Diet makes an absolute world of difference, I should've had that sorted out before even touching my first pin.
