Sup /fit/, before you hit me with "read the sticky": The link is now subscribal-only.
So, you got any links, pics or all that jazz bout self massaging? Not talking foam rolling.
Got back and neck pain for a long time and doctors say it's mainly tension from sitting in the office or uni too long, so thought I might give it a shot.

Shameless self-bump
Get an actual massage from a person. Also(or at least) do the stretches in the image once or twice a day, holding each for about 30 seconds each.

Also, I know you seem to not want to buy any devices, but I would recommend investing in a thera cane to help break up the trigger points. Not as good as an actual massage, but it's something you can do on your own at least for cheaper.

It's not about me being cheap or anything, I'm rather searching for something I can do in my study/work break without equipment or another person. Already getting occasional massages. Will look that thing up tho.

Gotcha. Stretching will also definitely make a difference too if you're not already doing so.

Gonna try the stretches, ty.
So actual self massage is bs or what do you think, /fit/?
