Lol
3dl oats
5dl water
>Pour large quantity into extra large bowl
Extra large bowls are good
>Mash in a banana
>Pour boiling water to cover
>Sit 1-2 mins while getting extras ready or cleaning
>Mix in powders like protein, cacao, adding milk if needed for proper mixing
>Add extras like milk, berries, fruits, nuts, seeds on top
Isn't "oatmeal" but it is still oats
Chocolate protein, extra cacao, raspberries, seeds and milk is a good combo

>water
Use whole milk, faggot.
Use quite a bit, enough that the oats start floating. Partially cook them but not so much that they turn to paste (unless you want to feel bloated during a workout or are on a cut)
Ideal oats look like this
60 grams of oats
1 cup of water
follow this ratio

I do a ratio of 1:1 Oats and Full Milk, add a bit of vanilla, drop of honey, cinnamon and most important - some peanut butter.
Try throwing in some PB op; works wonders for making the oats thicker and is easy calories if you need them. Also I find leaving the oats to sit on a warm temp for a while before you really start cooking helps for thickness, too.

I'd probably go for a little less milk than in the pic, but otherwise it seems pretty on point. Also add a hearty spoon of peanut butter, sometimes banana or a thimble of cinnamon.
Btw, has anyone on here tried savoury oats sometimes? For some reason, one day I really felt like trying it, so I made it with some sundried tomato pesto & cheese. Was pretty nice actually, a little bit like risotto.
1dl oat
2dl water
Micro for 2min
Done.
I usually cook it with the water amount specified on the package then add about 1/4 cup of almond milk after its done cooking.
