I am a recovering cancer patient. I have a 44 pound dumbbell and no muscle mass. I can't even do a pull up. Will doing DB Rows with that 44 DB make me strong enough to do a pull up?
I also do some push ups and DB squats.
Do dumbell rows.
Also build up to a pull up. So build grip strength by just hanging onto the bar. Once you can do that do negatives. Basically you start at the top and slowly lower yourself.
Keep doing pushups and squats
